I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Luxury Presence in Feb 2022
Interview
Needlessly Tedious is the best way to describe it. I used to do work in HR and they'll send you a beautiful slide deck when you will do the interview process but don't be fooled. I would also say, I was discouraged to see that only a certain kind of white woman interviewed me. I had three interviews and they were all essentially the same person. It makes me wonder if they're actually a diverse company. I have a friend who got a high-level job with LP and based on what I was told but also what I experienced, this company doesn't know the first thing (nor do they care) about actual Real Estate. They are NOT product driven which should be a red flag to anyone looking to work in CS. I count myself and fortunate I did not get an offer or take the job. Looking at the reviews of late, it seems LP is a disappointment to many. I can't wait for that weird LP troll to respond to this review.

Interview
The interview process was clearly outlined from the beginning, and I appreciated the transparency around each step. The team was professional, communicative, kind, and respectful of my time throughout the process. The interview style created space for me to thoughtfully share my experience and showcase how my background aligned with the role. I also appreciated how quickly things moved and how prepared each interviewer was during the conversations. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
