Luzern(Ireland) interview questions

Nice and easy process. 2 calls and an in person interview. whole process took about 2 weeks. No challenging questions asked which was nice as some companies read questions from a sheet.

Two interviews with the CIO followed by an interview with the Head of HR and the CEO via web-conference calls. I was told that an offer was pending and 2-days later...the offer was rescinded. It looks as though they decided not to honor the verbal compensation plan they was agreed upon.
