The initial phone screen was with an external recruiting agency. It felt like a “checklist screen” where they were making sure you met the minimum qualifications, even though they have access to your resume.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lygos (Berkeley, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
First was an over the phone interview then in person. The questions were a mix of technical and behaviour type. It was interesting to see the various personality types I'd be working with.
