Disorganized and thrown together with no warning. One interview arranged at last minute with several people loosely in management or sales department asking amateurish questions. Second interview with main upper management figure who outlined offer and later sent contract, which was broken less than six months into employment.

The few good questions were about construction knowledge. What wasn’t asked or answered were sales planning or goals because they don’t have a marketing strategy and don’t know how to formulate one.
