They'll do some role play and such. Doesn't matter how well you do, if you ask them straight up if they have any reservations about moving you forwards they'll lie to your face and say they loved you and want to proceed then ghost you

Was very fair and the questions we're on par with what the job entailed. I thought that they gave me a good chance to tell them about myself and how I work.
