Interview
The interview was smooth and easy as the interviewee understand all the points that I shared with them. During the process of the interview, they will let you share and finish all your thoughts before commenting or asking for follow-ups. Also, the transition process is well handled by the HR team.

What is the most difficult challenge that you faced in your career?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at M Active Global (Doha) in Apr 2018
Interview
First interview consisted of an exam that covered accounting principles and procedures, and then a personality interwiew from the HR manager and one of the other senior accountants. Second interview was with the Finance manager in which we went over more personality questions and went over the exam.

Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn Inmail by the HR Manager, followed by a face to face interview 2 days later and a final interview in the following week. Offer was extended in next two weeks time. Generally the officials are quick when it comes to giving you a response with regards to acceptance or rejection.

A great emphasis on soft skills, MS Office and use of Pivot table. Had to submit a work sample in order to highlight the proficiency in using Pivot tables.
