Phone screen with hr, interview with an MD and then with the hiring managers. The process was quick but M&T was totally unprofessional. I had these three separate interviews and had to prompt them after waiting a month just to hear back. They ended up taking someone right out of school from a non target with virtually no experience, pretty pathetic but can't blame them as this isn't really a true financial sponsors/levfin group, shouldn't expect anything more from a small regional bank like this.
