M3 (EU) interview questions

I had an initial interview with the recruiter, then an aptitude assessment, and then when I passed that I did an editing assessment where I was given 60-90 minutes to complete it. I completed the task and had to chase for feedback continuously. In the end I got ghosted. Having done an interview and multiple test you'd like to think the company at the very least would offer feedback, but they didn't. Absolutely disgusted and will never apply to this company again. This job market is already tough as it is without companies such as this making it worse.

The position was for remote work from Brazil, providing services to the headquarters in London. First, after my resume was selected, I went through an interview with an American HR representative — the interviewer didn't even turn on their camera. At the end of the interview, I was told I would receive links via email that same day for three different assessments: an English proficiency test, a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test, and an Employee Personality Profile. Fourteen days later, I received a generic email stating I had not been selected.
