Interview
It seemed like a great company. I had a pleasant interview with a couple of the “higher ups.” The almost 3 hour interview concluded with “I think you would be a great fit for the position” and I never received anything afterwards - no denial, no offer. It is a pet peeve of mine when you spend weeks working with a company and everything seems positive but only to be left in the dark.

Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews from out of state. Generally the 3rd interview is in person, but they allowed me to do so over the phone. I then needed to complete a drug test and background check before being offered the job.
