The interview was formal and harder than I anticipated. It was driven more towards fashion then customer services overall. The interview was a group one, and then we were cut down until it was just 1 on 1 interviews at the end. A week later then called and confirmed I got the job.

There was a video interview first then a group interview in the shard. Their HR is pretty good as they run things fast (example: got the invitation of video interview two days after I applied). The group interview was fun and fairy easy. Got my result and feedback just one day after that. It was a good experience, the feedback they provided is not really useful tho.
