Interview
Polite but misleading because its 99% outdoors going to peoples doora and asking to get on their roofs. Think of those pushy salespeople selling you cleaning supplies. The job is fully commision based which is barely touched on. I was told pay starts around 60k but not one of the employees I spoke to makes more then 15$ and hour.
