Interview
Its a multi step process. You'll meet with it seems like everyone in the HR, Quality, Production management teams. You'll spend at least 4 hours on each interview. Yes, there is more than one.
After the second interview (Total of 8 hours interviewing). I was told that they would call me the next day. Still, no phone call by the way. The HR rep in charge of my interview was extremely nice and helpful. Until it was time to do follow-up. Then it seemed as though the position, company and personnel I spent 8 hours of my life talking to and walking around their plant no longer existed.
Its been 3 weeks since I interviewed and am yet to get a response from them in any way.
