Had the chance to interview with the General Manager and the Production Manager. Both were friendly and personable. They didn't insist on putting on airs and preferred to have honest conversations.

Straight forward to the point on how I was able to make a difference into Conducting the position. This will be a people enabling centered journey. The team will not be just the production team but it will be to an enterprise level.

Very intense! There was quite a bit to this process. Looking forward to the challenge. Can’t wait to get started and get settled in. Both the phone interview and the face to face interview were challenging.
