Signed in at the front desk and waited till they called me back and spoke with the plant manger. Talked about what the job requires and the day to day followed by the history of MCC and what kind of worker they are looking for. Asked about about my background and job history.

Interview
Interesting way to interview whole class candidates for various positions, but i liked it was different. Each member of the interviewing team ask good questions and took time to listen to everyone. they had good feedback when asked questions.
