Interview
Met with President and CEO.and Sr. Programmer. The President was very through and professional yet personable. The interview lasted almost 2 hours and they seemed very interested in my ability to fix an issue with a current client and tried to use it as a test of my skillset. I declined and asked to be hired before working on their clients applications. The CEO was only there for 10 minutes and came in shorts and crocs. He constantly used the word "like" which had me wondering about his experience. While he came off quite knowledgeable I wasn't sure that it wasnt just buzzword speak. He left abruptly to address an issue which I later found out to be ordering lunch as I toured the facility. The Sr. programmer was very knowledgeable and professional. He asked more relevant questions to the position. The president definitely made me want to work for the company and be part of what his vision was.

Interview
I had 1 interview after meeting the CEO. It was very basic and only focused on how much QuickBase experience I had and what type of projects I wanted to work on. The interview process was more of a "do you want this job" and less about determining if I was qualified. Once I agreed to take the job I had to sign the basic paperwork and was off and running within days.
