MCST interview questions

I interviewed informally with the head of the organization. This was after getting the run around when I applied as a respite worker with another section of MDS. It was really easy and low key since I had a connection with someone that already worked there.

There were only two interviews on same day. First it was with my future boss, second was with boss’s boss. The details on what I was doing to do were very sketchy. Interview process didn’t appear to be structured and the questions looked like they weren't prepared beforehand, so nothing difficult was encountered. There were neither written tests nor automated tests either. The office is located at quite hard to spot place without proper guidance, had to reference the map several times to make sure I’m at the right spot and still managed to end up in wrong building. The company has all the hallmarks of typical soviet-era organization - including job titles - while renting space on premises of a seemingly unrelated institute.
