MDVIP interview questions

Submitted an application/resume on LinkedIN for a position I was more than qualified for, essentially a lateral move for me, with what I thought would be a better opportunity long term. I also messaged the hiring manager a brief hello and to make her aware of my application, as I truly thought this was a great fit. Hiring manager messaged me back and told me she reviewed my resume and would get with recruiter for next steps. Recruiter reached out immediately and we set up a Teams meeting for two days later. The recruiter never showed up for your Teams. She did not reply back to my email that I sent after waiting 20 minutes. I gave it a few days and then followed up with the hiring manager to touch base since I wasn’t able to connect with the recruiter. No response. All of this to say that MDVIP appears to be extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for potential employees. I’ve since read plenty of recent reviews suggesting their company culture is less than desirable, and do not doubt that one bit. So happy to have not gone any further with this organization.
