MERITZ Securities interview questions

Asked me about some regulatory process while I was describing my previous job. Couldn't answer it properly but still got accepted the next day. Had a chit chat with some family jokes here and there where one from an interviewer went a little too far, but I just moved on. When I told them I am going with another firm, guy over the phone kind of dissed that firm and tried to convince me to join them.
