It was a Three stage Selection process: 1. Questionnaire is emailed by HR for preliminary review 2. Telephonic Interview by the Manager under whom the position is Vacant and 3. Personal Interview with the Director.
The people working at MET Labs are very friendly. On the day of personal interview, they gave a tour of the Lab and explained the tests they perform and the equipment they use. Go through metlabs.com website and get acquainted with the services they provide and there are many videos/webinars on youtube about the company. search for 'MET Labs' on youtube and you can see their channel and videos. I liked their introduction video that almost said everything about the company.
Like all interviews, it is advantageous to ask for questions during the telephonic interview, regarding the work and duties assigned to the position, ; and it is best to do some research about the company before a personal interview.
