Pretty chill by the Director. He only went over my resume and asked some basic questions about myself. He interviewed me during a busy season and I think they were short of staff.

Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment, They are using shared office space. Waited 20 minutes for receptionist to show up who then called back to the office. Waited an additional 15 minutes till someone came to get me. Brought back to office introduced to the 2 gentlemen who I was scheduled to meet with. Both barely took the time to acknowledge my presence. For the next 20 minutes I was with someone who was supposed to be a director. I was there to be interviewed but he spent 15-20 minutes presenting his credentials to me. When it came time to discuss by background and experience he excused himself … he was going to get one of the gentlemen I was there to originally see. After 10 minutes he returned and explained they were really busy and would have to reschedule. This was the most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced in my career. The day after interview I received a standard email from HR Director saying they were moving on to interview another person and would keep my resume on file. This email was insult to injury. I drove 45 minutes each way to be interviewed not listen to some employee tell me his life history which I had no interest in his credentials. My driving time lasted longer than the actual time I spent with the company.
