MH Enterprises interview questions

I was being interviewed with Two Business Head and finally i was immediately offered job offer and followed by that too visit visa for 30 days with travel insurance. Before interview there were too much bargaining on salary, after bargain, we agreed and the employer told me that he will help to get Shared accommodation. By believing the big man's word, i booked myself air ticket for 10400/-Rs. which he told he will reimburse the money after arrival. In the meantime , after ticket confirmation, i send a msg about shared accommodation. Suddenly he started to refuse to help me to search a shared bed space despite i will part from my pocket initially. 2 days left to travel, no confirmed accommodation and no airport pickup confirming from anyone in the company. He was sending me message that i should find the accommodation before coming to Dubai from India. This is ridiculous , how can one find the bed space without reaching Dubai. And finally don't know what happened , The big man's behaved like a kid and asked me to cancel the air ticket without saying the reason and the tkt which was paid fully with my money. After finally i cancelled the air ticket and asked my cancellation charges from the company. Still yet to receive the cancellation charges refund from MH entreprise. Dont join this company, who don't provide accommodation, food, transport, no airport pickup, no welcoming ambience in the company. They treat Indians and foreigner as a slave. All the time and money was wasted after his ridiculous behaviour , His name is Mr. Rajan, He is telling he is Business Head, from Kerala, Malayali, who can't even speak neither a single sentence in English nor can write with correct grammar. Those kind of people who looks like uneducated will always have an opportunity to grow with politics. I suggest pls bargain properly and don't accept less than what u deserve. The poor Management such as HR Manager don't even reply promptly when needed urgently, They don't even give phone nos to contact HR directly, only email and landline is the way of communication. It really bad company. The salary is very low, don't accept tourist visa to go and work with such company, ask for Work permit. Because as per UAE law you should not work in the tourist visa. so protect yourself anywhere you go in this world. This is the universal rule. Don't.
