The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MIM Software (New York, NY)
Interview
First sent a coding assessment. 2 algo type problems, 1 debug.
Second round is call with 2 engineers asking basic OOP, about past projects, goes over your coding assessment.
Third round is interview with 3 separate teams. First team is mostly behavioral questions. Second team gives you some code and asks you to determine what it's doing, and improve upon it. Third team goes over a little more in depth algo problems. Related to trees/graphs and DFS/BFS.
Interview process was great until final round. The very last team I talked to were two engineers at the company for 10+ years, and it's was very obvious they did not want to be doing an interview with their time. Multiple times their response was "....cool". Felt no connection, and felt their attitudes going in could very well be the reason for being turned down with no response.
Was ghosted after this round, and left no room to ask for feedback. If my experience during this interview is any way indicative to how they treat their employees, I'd think twice before applying.
