The interview process consisted of multiple parts, beginning with a phone call to discuss basic qualifications. This was followed by two in-person meetings. During the second in-person interview, the candidate was asked to complete an Excel test to demonstrate their general abilities, including skills in formatting and data organization.
This was done through a recruiting agency. first stage was a phone interview, and then an interview in person. Interview was straight forward with HR and Director of the department.
It was a quick interview process with a wide variety of people. The process involved meeting the entire team and have 4 interviewers on the panel ask questions. Overall, the process was fair.
