Interview
The interview was a delightful conversation where the position and culture was explained thoroughly. I was then asked about my previous experience related to the work and a couple projects on my resume. The interviewers were extremely nice and knowledgable. They then opened the platform to any questions.

Interview
The interview was short and conducted over the phone. The interviewers asked me about my research experience and to explain specific details about my research topic. They were mostly interested to see if I can understand and communicate a complex topic and to test my critical thinking skills. I got a sense that they did not care as much about my current knowledge in the area.

Since I mentioned I was working on a peptide for my research project, they asked me to estimate the size of my peptide.
