Mostly personality-based qualitative interview, but had a few simple technical questions. Did not last much more than 30 minutes. No stock pitch required. Pretty standard sales interview, they want to know if you are a good fit.

What is a recent time you have experienced failure
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MKM Partners (Greenwich, CT) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview process was a superday where I interviewed with a multitude of different executives, who asked me challenging questions about my background and education. Everyone was very polite and cordial which made the process make me feel more comfortable.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MKM Partners (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Straight forward process, in-person 1st round interview, then 2nd round is about 5 hours (with a break) of 7-8 different people within the firm. The process ends with the CEO. I have been in more grueling mental interviews, but this one was difficult only because of the amount of people I met plus having to meet with a company CEO straight out of college is a pretty intimidating task.
