MME Group interview questions

Straightforward Interview with a few managers and employees. They only asked a few dozen questions (nothing out of the ordinary). Honestly, I should have asked them more questions. They got back to me in a timely matter and offered me the job after the second 1 hr long interview.

Informal, low stress, mostly a listening session. I was not asked about markets, industries or experiences. But I was asked about my faith. The second interview consisted of a panel of managers. The group was very easy, only surface questions asked. It reflected a lack of direction and somewhat lack of professionalism. In retrospect, the interview reflected the perceived utility of sales overall. There just wasn't much confidence that sales people were long term employees.
