It was a very straightforward and simple process. Mostly just a casual conversation and a discussion of your experience and expectations for the role. There was no recruiter round - I went straight to a manager.

Less than an hour of a personal interview in office, often turning into fairly casual conversation. Was shown some work that had been done by the agency in the last year and discussed what could be expected from working there and what I hoped to get out of it.
