MMI Industries interview questions

Initial interview discussed opportunity and compensation (Draw against commissions). They state they "revolutionize recruiting with their unique model" which is just another personality assessment.... It is a full desk recruiting role in the Renewable Energy industry, you have to find your own clients and recruit. The company "was growing" but only the owners were currently employed. They said they also had plans to grow by acquisitions and hiring but a few weeks later I never heard an outcome of my interview and they have no positions listed on their LinkedIn.
