Interview Process:
The interview process was highly structured and clearly laid out right from the initial screening call.
Round 1: Screening Call
Round 2: Initial Interview – Focused on my background and past experience, specifically diving into behavioral questions about how I have approached specific scenarios in previous roles.
Round 3: International Team Interview – This round shifted to practical application, focusing on how I would approach certain scenarios, objection handling, outbound outreach techniques, and creative selling.
Round 4: Final Task – A task-based scenario with an optional presentation. The goal was to build a strategy for growing a customer account while navigating specific constraints and requirements.

Interview
had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I was scheduled for a 30‑minute meet and greet, but the actual session lasted only 10–12 minutes. The interviewer, a lady, joined 15 minutes late and admitted she had completely forgotten about the interview. Throughout the brief conversation, she was chewing gum and seemed completely uninterested.
After such an unprofessional and disrespectful meet and greet, I decided not to follow up or pursue anything further with this company.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard with an initial phone screen followed by a zoom meeting with the department head. I then met with a senior leader and felt that's when things went south for me.
One interviewer explicitly said "we don't ghost our candidates" but I did not receive any response to my status inquiry after my interviews.
