It's a three step process, very straightforward. Started with a recruiter call and then I had a video panel interview with three team members from the client side, not from MORI.
Multiple levels of filtering. Initial phone conversation to set expectations for the role. Second phone call to gauge personality and temperament. Physical interview was then scheduled and held at main office with direct report and supervisor. Comfortable environment. Good interaction.
