Applied 11/4. Had a screening with the recruiter 11/14. As many others stated, recruiter was late. This was initially scheduled as a video call, the recruiter called my phone 30 min after our scheduled start time. Nothing of real substance was asked. Interviewed with hiring manager 11/16. From there 4 more interviews were scheduled with people from adjacent departments, 11/21 and 11/22. The majority of these were not purposeful interviews, one of the interviewers did not seem to know why she was interviewing me. Recruiter called 12/5 to let me know they’d like to move forward and extend an offer, and asked for two references. She then emailed me at 9pm that night asking for further clarification on my resume (things she had asked in initial screening), if I had a linkedin, and for my home address. 12/6 she let me know my references were great and to expect an offer letter 12/7. I didn’t hear from her again until 12/9, after I had emailed her twice asking for an update, at which point she said she couldn’t get an offer until the CEO returned from a business trip, which seemed quite odd to me. At this point I withdrew and accepted an offer elsewhere, the whole process was incredibly off-putting.
