MPSC interview questions

The process began with a phone interview with the contractor. The contractor makes top candidate choices to be interviewed by the command team, SFRSA, and contractor. Most of the interviewers are in person but some may be on the phone. The interview itself was nerve wracking, but it goes much smoother if you have a background with the family readiness groups.

The process was over the phone via a recommendation. It was a pre-set time to talk with the Program Manager about the position and my experiences. My name had been referred to MPSC Management via Wing Leadership.
