I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MRL Promotions (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
Comparable to detainee questioning in federal prison. Instead of getting a sense of who you are, your work ethic and experience, you are drilled with loaded questions. There is no back and forth dialogue, you are just stated at for the entirety of the questioning.

Question 1
How to you deal with criticism?
How to you work under pressure?
What are your weaknesses?
What do you know about MRL?
Why would you be a good fit here?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MRL Promotions (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview process was thorough. It felt like I met most of the employees and upper-level management throughout the process. They called references and seem to have a rocksolid interview process which got me thinking about my 30/60/90 day plan. I also interfaced with one of their trusted visors on the phone. I can't remember his name. He was a mail based in California. The entire process reinforced the massive opportunity that I had as a sales contributor and the company has to make some great money!
