After I applied online, they called me for an interview. We were 4 people. They gave us a form to fill out with our personal details, our work experiences etc. Then we did a presentation in english for testing our knowledge of the language. Languages are very appreciated. After that, everyone did an interview one on one. The recruiter asked me about my work experiences, about my motivation, about my availability to work on shifts etc.

Vari step di selezione anche un pò ardui, primo step telefonico, poi in italiano in sede con il responsabile di reparto, e poi con un'altra addetta alle risorse umane in inglese
