Not too difficult, however there were a lot of technical questions about instrumentation and lab techniques. There were also a lot of questions to assess how you handle conflict, work as part of a team etc
The hiring process was straightforward. The interview was professional but also friendly and polite. The hiring staff were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience.
