Question 1
What was the most common injury you saw while volunteering in physical therapy ?
First phone interview was great professional specific questions asked and very promising Second interview conducted by current Manager was also very positive advised that it was more than likely I would get the job but had to speak to the Medical Director. Very Unorganized at this point Was given a phone number to call I’m MD never answered had to reschedule second attempt Manager had to intervene to get us connected. Once we connected the Dr went through a list of questions and she assumed I was already an employee how come I did not know the answer to questions about current internal issues. The condescending tone and comments were unprofessional. Questioned how I was able to start as a receptionist 20 years ago and move up to the Operations Manager without having a degree.
