Initial interview with HR on the phone, interview with direct supervisor via zoom meeting, product case at home + presentation to the team via zoom meeting, final interview, offer, negotiations, offer acceptance, background check
Good interview process in my eyes. Everyone was very friendly and the questions were simple. Tell me about youself, experience as a PM, how do you handle challenges, tell me about a time you had a difficult team member etc

3 rounds with various levels - Director, VP level. The interviews and interview timeline was spread across three months with an update after five months. Not really an ideal interview process.

It was a competency skills based interview with various questions, asking for providing examples. Questions were focused on sharing examples to showcase key achievements and some technical skills. Experience was overall good.
