I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MYKITA (Berlin) in Apr 2021
Interview

Interview
One interview with HR and Head of Sales - if you pass this there is another step where you have to do a business case where they can evaluate your skills "on the job"

Interview
I've previously applied 3 times until I finally got an interview through a regular staff, by emailing. Apparently the lady I was emailing before was one of the owners and she was not doing the recruitment this time.
I received an interview the day after. I met up with the staff at the store, she came out from behind the till, no energy at all, really boring, not even shook my hand, just started having the 15 min interview on the small shop floor.
I was really surprised that such a brand with expensive frames would have more energetic and outgoing staff. It felt a bit awkward to not be able to say a proper hi and shake somebody’s hand. That's a bit of disrespect.
It also seemed like they were more in to recruiting an optician to the store, all thought they were looking for both positions.
