After emailing in my resume/cover letter, I was scheduled for a brief phone screening. Nothing challenging or in-depth there, just standard questions to get a feel for your personality, phone demeanor, and speaking abilities. After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview with the Event Operations Supervisor and Event Director. Basic experience questions, "Tell me about a time when.." questions, familiarity with Kintera or other donor/fundraising databases, and interpersonal and problem-solving skill questions.
