The interview process was very informal. Once they had decided they were interested, I first interviewed with the office manager at a local eatery. Then I followed up with a second interview one day later with the service manager and his team. They read the resume so they new my skillset, they wanted to know more about me and my personal life to ensure I was a good fit for there team.
