Hiring process included two interviews. The first was a technical interview with the HR Specialist, Joyce, and R&D Director, Fuad. The second was a culture fit interview conducted a week after the technical interview with the HR Manager, David and the Product Director, Derrick. All interviewers were very encouraging, comforting and professional. The interview questions were fair and aligned with the job description. Overall a great experience, especially due to the fact that the interviewers encouraged conversation and created a welcoming environment.
