Mad*Pow interview questions

Began with a casual meet and greet and group interview and portfolio review in office with design peers. Followed by a formal interview with directors and partners. Then coffee with hiring manager.

I was contacted by an initial recruiter that performed a thorough phone screening and then handed off to another recruiter who scheduled interviews with the team. I had three rounds of one-on-one and panel interviews, and it seemed the hiring manager and team cared deeply about hiring the right candidate. After the three discussions, an offer was presented. I was thrilled to accept the position.
