Interview
Went through an interview with two hiring managers. This is for a store opening so it took place in a JCrew. I submitted a resume via craigslist and then had one interview.
Sat down with the store manager as she read through an entire binder full of repetitive and unnecessary questions. She read off about 12 questions directly from the page, making it feel like more of an interrogation than a conversation. This interview wasn't necessarily difficult, just repetitive and disingenuous.

The interview consisted of a brief discussion with the store manager about former work experience and what would make me a good fit for the position and whether or not the position was a good fit for me.
