Interview
Having managerial skills and stepping down to interview for a regular associate was gonna be a new challenge. So I decided to go for it especially for the salary range. I got an email to interview for them and I accepted it. I have experience in visual merchandising so I believe I was the right fit. I also took a look at the salary range and decided to give it a try. It wasn’t as good if I’m being honest. The position was minimum wage and was told that there’s room for growth and that it can get to the highest range.

The interview was super easy and short. They were very friendly. They just mainly asked about my experience and availability. I asked questions about the job and they told me what it entails.

Interview
The interview was pretty casual. I spoke to two managers outside on some nearby benches. Best advice would to just be cheerful and open. Don't sweat it, it'll be easy! Tell them you have a passion for fashion (ha) and you love helping people and curating outfits.
