Madewell Sales Support interview questions

I was asked standard questions about the brand, why I would like to work at the brand, what would you recommend to a customer, how have you dealt with a difficult customer in the past, etc.

It took quite awhile to find a time that worked for me since I was away at school. Another issue was that one of the managers unfortunately broke their nose. We did a phone interview first, then one in person. The staff members I spoke with were super nice and responded very quickly to any questions I had.
