I had 4 different interviews, with VPs, a system architect, and a CTO. These were primarily conversations about my experience and answering hypotheticals about "how would you solve [this kind of problem]". I generally found everyone to be pleasant, though I would highlight in my last interview with the CTO I did feel a tonal shift from the other interviews. One thing that caught me off guard was this sense that I "didn't know the specifics of their tech stack", which ... kind of hadn't been talked about in prior interviews so, that felt like a weird shift. Ultimately I was not offered the position, but I found the process overall to be respectful of my time and skills and that I had an opportunity to present myself and my experience for the role, so I'm grateful for that. I have had more demanding interviews that asked for more structured work product, so that's why I gave it the difficulty score that I did.
