Brief interview with panel of people, no test basic questions asked. Did not feel intimidated during interview. Atmosphere was pleasant and everyone seemed to really listen to my answers and responded well to my questions

Fantastic interview process and wonderful administration! Had interviews with principal, teaching staff, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. Each knew what they were looking for and observed during a demo lesson as well. Received a better offer from a different school district, but would definitely consider working in this friendly and supportive environment.
