I had a recruiter reach out to me on Linkedin. She told me about the company. I was curious and agreed to speak with the Director. When I had a call with the director he seemed quite miserable and frankly gave off I am better than you vibes. I would ask questions about ROI and got very vague responses. I understand why the company has such poor reviews and high turn over. If you are someone considering interviewing with MaestroQA believe the reviews. Its a poorly managed company and is likely to hurt your career. They don't deserve you. I was recently offered a Director role at a larger company and I bet I will have higher comp than the miserable guy who interviewed me lol.
