Overall, I thought the experience was pretty standard. You can expect multiple interviews from various people from the company, but there was pretty consistent communications throughout the process. They asked some what I consider cheesy questions, but otherwise thought it was okay.

Question 1
explain your experience managing a team of people and how you have been successful
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Maev in Jul 2025
Interview
From the time I applied to the last interview, the entire process took over 2 months. I had five rounds of virtual interviews with different people, all about an hour long. Each one went fairly well, and after the fifth one, I received an email from HR asking to schedule a call for the next day. On the phone I was then told that I was "not the right fit" for the role, even though I was, in my opinion, a bit over-qualified for this entry-level 50K role. I asked her, "and you didn't figure this out 2, 3 interviews ago?" An absolute joke of a company. Apply here if you want to waste your time!!!!

Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer
Interviewed with several members of the Maev team. This included the team leader for finance, the accounting leader, and the supply chain leader. It was very casual and overall I enjoyed the experience and meeting the team.
