Maffeis Engineering Structural Engineer interview questions

I had a hard interview based on many questions about concrete and steel problems. I wasn't expecting such an interview and I think the value and the abilities of an employee can be avaluated in other ways. I didn't receive any notification about the result after the interview.

Durante il colloquio mi sono stati posti dei semplici quesiti riguardanti le caratteristiche dei materiali, semplici schemi statici e basilari nozioni dell’ ingegneria civile. Le risposte non richiedevano particolari calcoli ma miravano a comprendere il ragionamento e la conoscenza di concetti abbondantemente trattati nei corsi universitari di ingegneria civile indirizzo strutture.
